ChefsCotton offers delivery worldwide, using high-end courier services.
Just a few countries are excluded for delivery:

- Canada
- Switzerland
- Russia
- Belarus
The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to your delivery address and order size in the checkout.

We offer our exclusive embroidery service on much of our range, such as chef's jackets, aprons and service clothing. Check the Customize box on a product page and follow the steps to add a logo or text embroidery to your clothing.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. This email will contain a link to download your invoice.
If you have chosen the 'Pay on invoice' option, a separate email with a payment link will be sent to you within 24 hours.
For customers within the European Union (and outside of the Netherlands), we also offer the option of ordering with VAT reversed when we receive a valid VAT number from the company. Send us the email address of your account and a valid VAT number via one of our support channels. After validation of the number your account will be able to place orders with VAT reversed.
Shipping
ChefsCotton's estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country. We aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 5 business days within Europe and 1-2 weeks worldwide. If you add embroidery to the products, 2-4 weeks will be added to the expected delivery date.
Your products will be delivered through high-quality courier services. After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an automated email stating a track & trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel. Please note that orders with customization take about 3 weeks longer to arrive.
Returns
Unworn and unaltered products, excluding customized products, are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

You will receive a refund within 10 days of receiving the return when it meets our return conditions. If not, we will contact you about this.
After processing the return and refund you will be notified and receive a credit note by email.
