This is how returns work

Returns & Exchange

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make the process of returning your order as easy as possible. Here you'll find all the information you need to return your order. Please make sure your return always complies with the checklist below

Checklist

Step 1

Attach the (copy) delivery note to the return, describing which products are being returned and stating for each item whether it is to be credited or exchanged. In the case of an exchange, indicate the new desired product/size/colour.

Step 2

Make sure the products are carefully packed in the original packaging and shipped in a sturdy and weatherproof package and do not forget to add the packing slip.

Please do not use the product packaging as shipping packaging!

Step 3

Deliver the parcel to a courier of your choice and send it (at your own expense) to:

Step 4

Once we receive the return, it will be checked and processed within 48 hours.

Step 5

Then, in case of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent within 5 working days. In case of a return, a refund will be made within 10 working days via the payment method used to complete the payment of the order.
